For over 25 years, we have been known as a reliable and efficient partner in the core banking business with customized solutions and services. We want to continue this in the future with even more strength and together with our new owner CPB SOFTWARE AG.

CPB is an owner-managed company with its headquarters in Vienna and a branch in Miltenberg, Franconia, and, like EFDIS, was also founded more than 25 years ago as a spin-off of a private bank. CPB operates completely independently and serves around 600 clients with a focus on the DACH region. The company employs around 275 people, a good 50 of whom are based in Miltenberg. In the future, a total of 330 employees at locations in Vienna, Miltenberg and Freising will serve almost 650 clients and generate a turnover of over € 50 million in 2024. Together, we will continue to expand our services so that our existing and new clients can benefit from additional offerings. The merger comes from a position of strength for both companies and opens up new potential and opportunities for us. Despite all the positive changes, however, what has made us strong to date remains the same, namely direct customer proximity, comprehensive technical and specialist expertise and maximum flexibility. What's more, some of the EFDIS shareholders will remain associated with the new, merged company at shareholder level through a partial swap of shares. We are delighted to be able to share this good news and start the new partnership with enthusiasm and joy!
