activeTAN as a modern and secure procedure for online banking transactions, made by EFDIS

We developed the activeTAN® method specifically against the backdrop of PSD2 and increased requirements for strong customer authentication, and have thus been offering a highly secure and convenient variant for TAN approval for a long time. In the course of the transaction authorisation, a QR code is displayed, which the customer scans via his smartphone using his activeTAN® app. After checking and confirming the transaction data displayed on the smartphone, the customer receives the TAN via the app and can complete the transaction. The procedure can be used on Android and iOS devices. The app is now available via the Google and Apple app stores.
